hurry up and wait

since the summer of 2008, i have been wanting to apply for the Darley Flying Start program. today, i am finalizing my cover letter. it's all come down to this one application, and i am nervous as can be. if i pass this round of the process, i'll be traveling to lexington, ky this spring, for a chance to be interviewed for a trainee position in the program. if i pass that round, i'll be traveling for the next 2 years! the program culminates in co. kildare, ireland, and continues to newmarket, england, dubai, australia, kentucky, and back to ireland. if you want to learn more about Darley Flying Start, check it out at this website!
